Lend Capital will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your details are used only to process your inquiry and are shared solely with the licensed parties needed to do so.
To pre-qualify you we collect your contact details, information about the subject property, your own estimate of your credit standing, and — at the soft-pull step — your home address, because that is how the credit bureau matches your file.
We do not collect Social Security numbers or dates of birth. A soft pull does not require them, so we never ask.
A soft credit inquiry runs only with your explicit authorization and does not affect your credit score. Credit scores and credit reports are never displayed to you or to any third party. We do not store credit reports; we keep the score and the summary results the inquiry returns, and the pre-qualification decision.
If a payment is ever taken, card details are collected by our payment provider on their secure pages — we never see or store your card number.
This site uses standard web analytics and advertising measurement. Those tools receive funnel events only — never your credit information.
You may ask us to delete the personal information you submitted. Email ryan@lend-cap.com from the address you applied with, or write to the address below, and say that you want your data deleted. We will honor the request and delete the contact details, property details and conversation attached to your inquiry, apart from the records described below.
Some records are kept unchanged, because they are our proof of what you agreed to and of how your inquiry was handled: the record of each consent and authorization you gave (its wording, when you gave it, the name, email address and phone number it was given under, and the IP address and browser it came from), and the record of how your inquiry was handled and decided, which can include property details you gave us. Where you authorized a soft credit inquiry, that authorization record is kept for at least 60 months, as the terms under which we run soft credit inquiries require. None of these records holds a Social Security number or a date of birth, because we never collect them.
